Senior Project Manager - Commercial Construction Tier 3

Based just outside of the CBD, our client has been at the forefront of Retail and Industrial construction for over 30 years. Due to their reputation as industry leaders and repeat business from their impressive client base they are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their dedicated team.

The right person will receive a generous salary package and the opportunity to grow with a supportive team working on varied projects valued up to $40m.

Key responsibilities

• Stakeholder management
• Project programming
• Resource management
• Financial tracking and forecasting
• Project report financial and program
• Mentoring of project team
• Ensuring project achieves milestones and quality

Key skills required to succeed

• A strong attention to detail
• A Tertiary qualification in construction or a related degree with the equivalent knowledge, skills
• At least 10 years' experience as a Project Manager working on commercial projects $25mil +
• Knowledge of Melbourne construction market and subcontractors in the Tier 3 space
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills
• Current Driver's License is essential
