Job description
My client, a well established business in Victoria's HVAC contracting world are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Project Manager to join their growing team.

The business are going through a period of growth having secured multiple project wins from their established client base within the commercial construction world.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of HVAC projects from start to finish
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful completion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Manage team members and look after design & estimating teams
Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HVAC project manager with a track record of delivering projects on-time and within budget
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems, construction methodologies, and project management software
