The Opportunity
  • A highly respected company with an ever increasing portfolio of detailed high spec projects to $30m spanning health, education, government, labs, manufacturing and more.
  • They have secured their work for 2024 and are seeking an experienced PM to work on one of their key new projects
  • A role on one of their key new projects – you will be joining an existing team of Senior PM’s leading the business into their next phase of evolution
  • High calibre CA and/or PE support – you will have experienced staff supporting you

Experience/Qualifications:
  • A track record in successful project delivery of commercial construction projects - D&C experience would be beneficial and/or experience in specialist commercial builds involving laboratories, clean rooms, health or similar
  • Outstanding client and stakeholder management skill – this company owes it success to repeat business and nurturing relationships
  • Keen financial acumen with strong reporting skills
