The Builder

• A Lucrative, Well-known and Respected builder who deliver projects across Victoria
• Detailed new builds and refurbishments in a broad range of markets including: Defence, Health, Aged Care, Retail and Commercial.
• Almost 15+ years of experience
• Projects Range from $1mil to $90mil

The Project

• A detailed and complex health build in the eastern suburbs (Circa $15mil)

The Role

We're searching for a Project Manager to work on contract or come in permanently, for a leading and well-known Tier 3 builder, who have a proven track record on government projects

You will be responsible for:

• End-to-end management and delivery
• Managing communication and progress amongst various stakeholders
• Working closely with management, architects, contractors, and in-house teams to achieve on target results without delays
• Provide full scope and feasibility of works
• Support the delivery of supply & installation projects on time and within budget
• Working alongside internal team to make sure invoicing and project variation management is documented appropriately
• Problem solve and develop swift solutions for both manufacturing and on-site issues
• Monitor job progress against milestones, including updating stakeholders regularly and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Ensure the highest standards of health and safety are considered as a priority throughout all stages of the project life cycle
• Ensuring the project comes in on time and budget

About You

• Minimum 1 year as a Project Manager locally
• Building or Engineering related degree
• Strong background working on institutional/health projects
• Ability to work autonomously
