Project Manager - Client Side, Commercial projects

The Job

My client is a National Project Management Consultancy that is in the exciting phase of establishing it's Melbourne presence! With a secure pipeline of projects in the Commercial, Industrial and Education sectors, this is the perfect time for an established Project Manager to become part of their success story.

What we are looking for

• An experienced PM with at least 3-5 years in the Consultancy space
• Experience delivering Commercial Fit Out projects for complex clients or in live environments
• Experience delivering Education and/or Commercial Fit Out projects in VIC
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction, Property, Engineering or Architecture alongside specified practical experience
• A self-starter that can manage their own time and portfolio of projects
• An organised and diligent approach to project deadlines, taking accountability for your own work
• An easy-going person with a personable approach to clients and colleagues alike
• Aspirations to grow into a Senior role in the near future; managing pipeline of work in your specialist area and mentoring junior staff
