My client is a multi-award winning commercial builder based 10 minutes from the CBD and known for their exceptional culture as much as their impressive projects.
I am seeking an experienced project manager to join their highly skilled team and deliver multiple projects in excess of $5M.

Here's what you'll need:

• Commercial Project Coordination or project management experience of at least 2 years with a commercial builder in Melbourne
• Proven Management experience
• Competent with MSproject and Aconex
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Can work autonomously and has good time management skills
• Ability to chair client project meetings
• Personable and exceptional presentation
• Strong work ethic
• Works well within a team environment

The responsibilities of this role include:

• Project delivery
• Design and project planning
• Project programming
• Financial management and project reporting
• Client management and liaison Management of design, contract administration and construction teams
• Management of multiple concurrent projects
