One of Melbourne's leading commercial fit-out and refurbishment companies require a talented Project Manager to join their growing team. With works in the commercial office, government and retail sectors they have an abundance of high quality projects ready to go.

Your experience:

  • Extensive experience in Commercial fitouts
  • Experience delivering Projects valued from $1M-$5M
  • A Project Management / construction qualification
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • An out-standing eye for quality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge in reading technical drawings and all construction processes
  • Full Australian working rights and Current Victorian Drivers License

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing multiple projects from start to finish
  • Liaising with all clients, suppliers, site managers and sub-contractors
  • Managing all aspects of project scheduling
  • Reviewing Tenders
  • Overseeing Budget management and construction costs
  • Maintaining our high standards of quality
