The Role
Working as part of an established service team, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing vehicle & vehicle accessories both in the workshop and on customer sites.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Service, repair and maintain specialised heavy vehicles and equipment
  • Preventative and scheduled maintenance to contract requirements
  • Fault finding and breakdown repairs
  • Hydraulic repairs including cylinders, valves and pumps
  • Electrical fault-finding and interpretation of schematics
  • Removal and refit of heavy mechanical components
  • Accurate completion of job cards and service documentation
  • Maintain high safety and quality standards at all times
Shifts Available
Multiple rosters are available depending on operational requirements, including:
  • 6:00am – 2:30pm (workshop roster)
  • 12:00pm – 8:30pm (afternoon/contract maintenance roster – shift loading available)
Additional workshop and field-based roster options may also be available for suitable candidates.
About You
To be successful, you will ideally have:
  • Relevant trade qualification (Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, Plant Mechanic, Mechanical Fitter or similar)
  • Strong hydraulic experience (essential)
  • Experience in fault diagnosis and heavy equipment repairs
  • Ability to interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics
  • Electrical systems experience in heavy automotive environments (highly regarded)
  • Strong problem-solving ability and ability to work independently
  • Own general mechanical toolkit
  • Current driver’s licence
  • HR licence and welding experience (advantageous but not essential)
