Recruitment Consultant - Trades
Join Fetch Recruitment’s high-performing Trades & Labour team and take over an established desk with loyal clients, strong candidate flow, and huge potential for growth.
What You’ll Be Working With:
- 20,000+ active electricians in the database
- 1,000+ client contacts and 75+ companies with signed terms
- A proven record of consistent placements (5+ per week, 20–30 staff across multiple sites)
- A collaborative team of 13+ trade consultants who share leads, candidates, and insights
About You:
- Minimum 12 months of recruitment experience
- Background in the construction sector (preferred)
- Proven success managing a 360° desk and generating new business
- Consistent billing history
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships
- Identify growth opportunities and drive business development
- Source and place candidates into temporary and permanent roles
- Network, market, and generate new leads across the construction trades space
Salary & Commission
Annual Base Salary: $70K–$90K (depending on experience)
On Target Annual Commissions: $40K–$100K
Recruitment Consultant - Permanent
Join Fetch Recruitment’s high-performing White Collar team and take charge of your own permanent recruitment desk, specialising across sectors including civil, construction, and corporate services. You’ll have strong brand recognition, access to quality candidates, and the support to grow your client base and career.
What You’ll Be Working With:
- Access to a large database of qualified white-collar professionals
- Established relationships across multiple industries
- Proven systems, marketing support, and lead generation tools
- A collaborative team of consultants who share leads, candidates, and insights
About You:
- Minimum 12 months of recruitment experience
- Experience recruiting permanent roles (preferred)
- Proven success managing a 360° desk and generating new business
- Consistent billing history
