Due to continued growth across South Australia, we are seeking a Field Workforce Coordinator to strengthen our onsite presence and workforce engagement across active client sites.

This role is focused on building stronger connections between our workforce, our clients and our internal team.

The Role
This is a field-based position requiring regular attendance across client sites throughout South Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend sites for 6am/7am starts to meet new workers and support inductions
  • Provide PPE and ensure compliance standards are maintained
  • Develop strong relationships with workers and supervisors onsite
  • Conduct regular site visits to understand duties, performance and OHS matters
  • Act as point of contact for incidents, injuries or workforce concerns
  • Accurately record interactions, site updates and worker movements within CRM
  • Conduct structured aftercare calls with candidates and clients
  • Support candidate generation through referrals and database engagement
  • Identify additional hiring opportunities through onsite presence

This role requires someone comfortable operating independently in a mobile capacity, with strong communication skills and a practical understanding of construction environments.

Relevant Skills & Experience
  • Experience in Labour Hire, Civil or Construction industries
  • Confident communicating with blue-collar workforce and site supervisors
  • Strong administrative and CRM discipline
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a mobile schedule
  • Understanding of construction compliance and safety requirements
  • Candidate screening or resourcing experience advantageous
