As our Civil Infrastructure division continues to grow in Queensland, we are seeking a Workforce Support Coordinator to strengthen our connection with our field workforce and clients.
This is a hands-on, field-based role designed to ensure our workforce feels supported, safe, valued and connected at all times.
The Role
This position will see you operating across South East Queensland, regularly attending client sites and acting as the face of Fetch onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend sites for 6am/7am starts to meet new workers, support inductions and connect with supervisors
- Provide PPE and ensure compliance requirements are met
- Build strong relationships with our blue-collar workforce
- Conduct regular site visits to understand duties, performance and any OHS concerns
- Act as first point of contact for onsite incidents or issues
- Accurately record site visits, duties and workforce movements within CRM
- Conduct structured aftercare with workers and site managers
- Support candidate generation through referrals and database engagement
- Assist in identifying additional hiring needs and client opportunities
Travel across Brisbane Metro, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Ipswich and Northern NSW will be required. This role is primarily on the road and remote, with autonomy and support from our national leadership team.
Relevant Skills & Experience
- Experience within Labour Hire, Civil or Construction industries
- Confident communicator with blue-collar workforce and site supervisors
- Strong administrative and CRM discipline
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a mobile schedule
- Strong understanding of safety and compliance expectations onsite
- Candidate screening or resourcing experience advantageous
