Job Overview:
The Window Carpenter is responsible for the installation, fitting, and sealing of windows across commercial construction projects. This role involves ensuring all window systems are installed accurately, securely, and to specification.
We currently have projects in Melbourne’s North West and South East, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
• Installing timber and aluminium window frames
• Fitting and securing windows during lock-up and fix stages
• Measuring, aligning, and sealing window units
• Working alongside other trades to ensure smooth project delivery
• Ensuring all installations meet safety, quality, and design standards
• Identifying and resolving installation issues on site
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience in window installation and carpentry (commercial experience preferred)
• Strong general carpentry and finishing skills
• Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
• Experience with commercial aluminium and timber window systems
• Understanding of building codes and safety standards
• Trade qualification in Carpentry (Cert III)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
