Dandenong South – New logistics and distribution facility (8+ week project) – installation of commercial aluminium windows, doors and glazing systems – working within a team of 4 installers.
Footscray – Multi-storey apartment development (12+ week assignment) – curtain wall, window wall, aluminium framing and glazing installation – working alongside experienced façade crews.
Tullamarine – Commercial warehouse and office development (10+ week project) – aluminium framing, shopfront installation, glazing and finishing works – opportunity for ongoing work across multiple stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install commercial aluminium windows, doors and framing systems
- Install glazing, curtain wall and shopfront systems
- Set out, level and secure window and door frames
- Apply silicone, backing rod and weather seals to a high standard
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Work safely and efficiently on active commercial construction sites
- Proven experience as a Window Carpenter, Commercial Glazier or Façade Installer
- Experience installing commercial aluminium window and door systems
- Ability to read plans and work independently
- Own tools and reliable transport preferred
- EWP, Working at Heights or other relevant tickets highly regarded
