Fetch Mining Services have recently been contracted to supply 50+ Blue Collar Mining staff for an exciting new Iron Ore project in WA commencing ASAP. As a result we are seeking experienced Mining Trainer Assessors.

Whats On Offer:
- 2/1 Roster - Days + Nights
- $90+ Per Hour + Super
- Implement and support safety and performance strategy and KPIS
- VOC, OHS and mentoring of staff on site including experienced and new to industry operators
- Long term on going role with permanency on offer after 3 months
- Facilitate inductions and deliver high-quality safety and on-the-job training
- Manage and update training records and documentation
- Support OHS function of the business
Machinery On Site:
- D10, D9 Dozers
- 777, 785, 730E Dump Trucks
- 980, 988 Loaders
- 16M, 140M Graders
- PC1250 Excavators
Experience Required:
- Cert IV in Training & Assessment
- Ideally 5+ years in a similar role (production experience essential)
- Extensive operational experience in the mining industry
- A strong understanding of OHS legislation and standards
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a pre employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
- Must have a great attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to complete online inductions
- Will need 2 recent contactable references
- Must be able to commence ASAP
