All roles are temp to perm and is normally offered after 8-12 weeks of consistent work and when there is capacity on site.
What we require:
- 3–5 years’ experience in civil construction
- Good knowledge of construction methods, safety, and teamwork
- White Card and driver’s licence (HR, plant tickets, and trade quals a plus)
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and support the site crew on daily civil construction tasks
- Work closely with Foreman to develop leadership skills
- Coordinate work, resources, and team development
- Maintain a safe, efficient, and high-quality work environment
