About the Role:
Fetch Recruitment is seeking dedicated and reliable Ticketed Traffic Controllers for an exciting university event starting May 4th. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety and smooth flow of traffic and pedestrians, while gaining hands-on experience in event management and traffic control.
There are some shorter shifts which makes this role ideal for students, hospitality workers, or anyone looking for flexible work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Traffic Flow:  Manage vehicle and pedestrian movement safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor Parking Areas:  Assist attendees with parking and guide vehicles to appropriate spaces.
  • Crowd Control:  Help direct crowds at entry and exit points to prevent congestion.
  • Safety Management:  Identify hazards and maintain a safe environment for all.
  • Communication:  Coordinate with event organizers and security; provide clear instructions to attendees.
Key Requirements:
  • Traffic Tickets:  Stop Slow Ticket or TM1 –  MANDATORY
  • Experience:  Minimum 3 months experience, suitable for entry-level traffic controllers.
  • Communication:  Clear and confident instructions to the public; team player.
  • Attention to Detail:  Follow all traffic safety procedures accurately.
  • Professional Appearance:  Adhere to event dress code.
  • Availability:  Must be available for the full duration of the event.
