The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing site crews and coordinating day-to-day operations across sewer and drainage projects. This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead crews on-site
- Coordinate labour, plant, and materials to meet program requirements
- Monitor safety, environmental, and quality compliance
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
- Read and interpret plans and manage daily site activities
About You
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leading hand role within civil construction
- Strong sewer and drainage experience (essential)
- Ability to lead teams and drive productivity
- Solid understanding of civil construction processes and standards
