About the Role You’ll play a key role in delivering surveying services across civil, infrastructure, and land development projects. Working with cutting-edge equipment, you’ll support construction teams, manage survey data, and contribute to project delivery across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct construction set-outs in line with Foreman/Area Manager instructions
- Perform field surveying using the latest equipment and digital tools
- Communicate survey set-out requirements to site and construction teams
- Work with Project Managers and Consultants to resolve design queries
- Manage digital data and document control to company standards
- Ensure all work is completed using current project revisions
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and calibration
- Complete QA/QC audits and ensure survey accuracy
- Prepare computations, checks, set-out data, and 3D models
- Maintain rework registers, variations, and support monthly claims
- Support junior staff through training and mentoring
- Assist with daily survey resourcing and workflow
- Prepare quotes and liaise with clients when required
- Qualifications in Surveying, Spatial Science, or Geomatics
- Experience in subdivision and land development projects or Infrastructure Project
- Exposure to Total Stations, GPS/GNSS, and machine guidance
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
