The Role
You will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day delivery of subdivision projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising civil subdivision works from commencement through to completion
- Managing crews, subcontractors and plant on site
- Coordinating daily site activities and ensuring programs are maintained
- Overseeing earthworks, drainage, sewer, water, roads and pavements
- Ensuring works are completed in accordance with plans and specifications
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and project teams
- Ensuring high standards of safety and quality are maintained
- Reporting on site progress, productivity and any issues that arise
- Previous experience as a Supervisor within civil construction
- Strong subdivision experience
- Experience across earthworks, drainage, sewer, roads and pavements
- Ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively
- Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing
- Good communication and organisational skills
- A strong focus on safety, quality and delivering projects on time
