An established civil contractor is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join its growing team, delivering major civil infrastructure projects across Brisbane. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant and materials.
- Monitor project progress and report to the Project Manager.
- Ensure all works are completed in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct toolbox talks, site inspections and safety audits.
- Drive compliance with WHS policies and procedures.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
- Mentor site personnel and promote a positive team culture.
- Previous experience as a Civil Supervisor on infrastructure projects.
- Strong background delivering roads, subdivisions, utilities or TMR projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Sound understanding of construction methodologies, safety and quality requirements.
- Ability to coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors.
- Current White Card and a valid driver's licence.
