This role will involve supervising civil infrastructure projects valued up to $25 million, including road construction and land development works supporting the Melbourne Airport expansion and Airport Link enabling works while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards in live and highly regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities on infrastructure projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, plant, and labour
- Deliver roadworks, earthworks, drainage, and land development works
- Lead site safety, quality, and environmental compliance
- Conduct toolbox talks, pre-starts, and site inductions
- Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and clients
- Maintain site records and report progress
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor on infrastructure projects
- Strong background in roadworks, earthworks, and drainage
- Experience delivering project valued above $20 million.
- Sound knowledge of VicRoads / MRPV specifications
- Ability to work in live, safety-critical environments
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- White Card (essential)
- Certificate IV in Civil Construction (advantageous)
- Current Driver’s License
