Role
- Supervise and coordinate construction crews, including subcontractors, suppliers, plant, and equipment
- Lead production, support, and delivery of projects with strong site management capability
- Effectively programme and manage daily works
- Manage site personnel, including timesheet approvals
- Verify subcontractor work and ensure quality standards are met
- Undertake minor purchasing in line with company procedures
- Conduct site inductions and training
- Manage incident, emergency, and near-miss reporting and registers
- Implement and monitor ITPs, including testing and non-conformance reporting
- Ensure full compliance with legislation, specifications, regulations, and standards
- Maintain safe working conditions across plant, equipment, staff, and subcontractors
- Drive environmental, safety, and legislative compliance across all operations
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members to support business growth
- Foster a high-performing team culture with strong morale and client satisfaction
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor on infrastructure projects
- Strong background in roadworks, earthworks, and drainage
- Sound knowledge of TMR / Subdivisions projects
- Ability to work in live, safety-critical environments
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- White Card (essential)
- Certificate IV in Civil Construction (advantageous)
- Current Driver’s Licence
