Structural Foreman – Data Centre | Western Suburbs | Contract
We are currently seeking an experienced Structural Foreman to join a Tier 1 builder on a major Data Centre project in Melbourne’s Western Suburbs.
This is a contract opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor/Foreman with a strong structural background who can take ownership of structural works and drive the project through to completion.
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial construction experience, be confident managing subcontractors and trades, and have a proven track record delivering structural packages on major projects.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day structural works across site
• Supervise subcontractors, trades and site activities
• Coordinate structural packages including concrete, reinforcement and formwork
• Manage sequencing, programming and daily site requirements
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers and Site Teams
• Maintain high standards across safety, quality and productivity
• Conduct inspections and manage defects through to completion
• Ensure works are delivered in line with project plans and specifications
• Manage site logistics and coordinate multiple trades
• Provide clear communication across the project team
What are we looking for:
• Previous experience as a Structural Foreman or Site Supervisor
• Strong commercial construction background
• Data Centre experience highly regarded
• Strong knowledge of structural construction and sequencing
• Ability to confidently manage subcontractors and trades
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong understanding of safety, quality and site compliance
• Available to commence as soon as possible
