We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and motivated Timber Staircase Installer to join a team specialising in high-quality custom staircase projects across residential and commercial projects.
This role suits qualified staircase installers, carpenters, joiners, or candidates with strong timber installation experience looking to grow their skills.
About the Role
This is a hands-on position focused on the installation of custom timber staircases and balustrades. Work will take place onsite, no fabrication or metalwork involved. The majority of Stairs installed will be high end.
Key Responsibilities
• Install timber staircases, treads, handrails, and balustrades
• Complete onsite adjustments and fitting to ensure a precise finish
• Interpret shop drawings, measurements, and installation instructions
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Liaise with builders, site managers, and other trades
• Maintain tools and uphold strong safety and quality standards
Skills & Experience
• Experience installing timber staircases or similar detailed carpentry
• Strong attention to detail and finish quality
• Confident using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment
• Ability to read plans and follow installation requirements
