This is a key appointment for a Project Manager who is looking to take ownership of major projects, work closely with senior leadership and be part of a business that values quality, relationships and delivering exceptional outcomes.
The Role
You will take full ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, commercially and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage commercial fitout & refurbishment projects valued at $15M+
- Manage projects from pre-construction through to handover
- Drive project programmes, budgets, procurement and commercial outcomes
- Lead and mentor project teams, including CA and site-based staff
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Manage subcontractors, consultants and project deliverables
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
We're looking for a proven Senior Project Manager with:
- Strong commercial fitout & refurbishment experience
- A proven track record delivering projects $15M+
- Previous experience working for a commercial builder
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding
- Excellent client and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to lead teams and take ownership of complex projects
- Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- A hands-on approach with the confidence to make decisions and drive outcomes
