This role requires strong on site skills, a proactive attitude, and current traffic & hoist tickets. Based in Hampton, 12-15 month project.
Duties Include:
- Assisting trades on-site (carpenters, concretes etc.)
- Site preparation and clean-up
- Manual handling of materials and tools
- General labouring duties such as sweeping, temp fence and moving materials with some heavy lifting involved
- Using hand & power tools
- Traffic work assisting trucks & vehicles
- Working the hoist at times
- Minimum 3 years construction labouring experience.
- Up to date traffic ticket (Essential)
- Up to date personal hoist ticket (essential)
- Forklift ticket (preferred)
- Skid-steer ticket (preferred)
- A few Own Basic Tools
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Own PPE (steel-capped boots, hard hat, high-vis)
