Fetch Recruitment are currently seeking experienced and motivated Skilled Labourers to join our clients on a range of residential, commercial, and fit-out projects across Melbourne.
We’re working with some of the state’s leading builders and subcontractors who value reliable, switched-on site labourers who take pride in their work.
These are ongoing, long-term roles with strong potential for progression and consistent hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist trades such as carpenters, cabinet makers, and site supervisors on active construction sites
- Use hand and power tools confidently (drills, grinders, saws, nail guns, etc.)
- Site clean-up, material handling and general labouring duties
- Basic assembly and installation tasks where required
- Load/unload materials and assist with deliveries
- Maintain a safe and organised work area
- Support site setup and pack-down at the start and end of projects
- Follow OHS and site safety protocols at all times
- Proven experience on construction sites
- Competent using power and hand tools
- Physically fit, reliable and hard-working
- Driver’s licence and own transport(preferred)
- White Card (Construction Induction) – essential
- Working With Children Check – highly regarded
- Excellent attitude, punctuality and teamwork skills
- Ability to take direction and work unsupervised when needed
- Excellent hourly pay with travel and overtime
