This role is ideal for someone who can act as the go-to helper on site, assisting trades and supervisors to keep builds running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- General labouring duties on construction sites
- Site cleaning and maintaining a safe, tidy work environment
- Digging, trenching, and manual handling tasks
- Rubbish removal and skip management
- Assisting carpenters, bricklayers, and other trades as the go-to helper
- Loading and unloading materials and tools
- Following all site safety procedures and instructions
- Using hand and power tools when requested
- Previous experience on residential construction sites preferred
- Valid driver’s licence
- White Card (essential!)
- Full and unrestricted working rights
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ongoing work with consistent hours
- Full-time position for the right person
- Supportive team environment and well-run residential sites
