We’re a small, low-ego team using world-first robotic tech to clean critical water assets across mining, industrial and government sites — all while assets stay online and clients avoid costly shutdowns.
We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for Site Supervisors who want real responsibility, variety and long-term development (including our Leadership Academy launching in 2026).

You’ll:
- Lead and support your crew
- Be the link between clients, PMs and the team
- Oversee equipment, quality and maintenance
- Set up pumps, pipes and field gear
- Operate and monitor our ROVs (full training given)
- Troubleshoot basic electrical, mechanical and hydraulic issues
- Work at heights as required
- Complete daily safety checks and reporting
What you’ll bring You don’t need every ticket, but you’ll likely have:
- HR-B licence
- Rigging (preferred) or Dogging
- Working at Heights, First Aid, White Card
- Experience as a Supervisor or Leading Hand in remote/heavy industry
- Calm, practical problem-solving approach
- Fit for field work
- Electrical or mechanical trade (highly regarded)
