Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee residential subdivision projects from commencement through to completion
- Lead site crews, subcontractors, and multiple work fronts
- Drive safety, quality, productivity, and programme outcomes
- Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar leadership role
- Strong background delivering residential subdivision and civil infrastructure projects
- Sound understanding of earthworks, roads, drainage, services, and associated civil works
- $150,000 – $160,000++ + Super + Vehicle + Excellent Benefits
