Key Responsibilities
- Oversee subdivision projects from start to completion
- Manage site crews, subcontractors, and daily operations
- Deliver bulk earthworks, underground services (stormwater, sewer, water), and pavements
- Ensure works meet project specifications, quality, and safety standards
- Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, and provide project updates to the Site Manager
- Experience supervising civil subdivision projects
- Strong understanding of SA Water requirements, land development and civil infrastructure works
- Ability to interpret drawings and coordinate on-site activities
- Proven leadership skills managing crews and subcontractors
