Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations across subdivision projects from bulk earthworks through to practical completion
- Supervise and coordinate direct crews, plant operators, and subcontractors on site
- Manage delivery of civil scopes including earthworks, stormwater, sewer, water services, and road construction/pavements
- Ensure works are completed in line with project drawings, specifications, and quality requirements
- Proven experience working as a Site Supervisor within civil construction, ideally across land development or subdivision projects
- Strong understanding of bulk earthworks, underground services, and roadworks
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and coordinate on-site activities effectively
- Confident managing crews and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a hands-on approach to project delivery
