Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee subdivision projects from start through to completion
- Lead and coordinate site crews and subcontractors
- Deliver key scopes including bulk earthworks, underground services (stormwater, sewer, water), and pavements
- Ensure all works meet design specifications and quality standards
- Drive site safety, including pre-starts and toolbox meetings
- Report into the Site Manager and provide regular project updates
About You:
- Demonstrated experience as a Site Supervisor on civil subdivision projects
- Solid understanding of land development and civil infrastructure works
- Ability to interpret drawings and manage on-site execution effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors
