Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate civil crews and subcontractors on site
- Drive programme outcomes and manage daily site activities
- Ensure compliance with QA, safety, and environmental standards
- Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience supervising subdivision and civil infrastructure projects
- Strong background in bulk earthworks, services, and roadworks
- Ability to lead teams and maintain high safety standards
- Solid understanding of civil construction methodologies and sequencing
