Join a respected residential builder delivering high-end custom homes across Perth. We’re looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to take charge of a stunning $2.5 million luxury home in Applecross.
You’ll be part of a supportive team that works closely together to ensure every client receives the best possible experience and result.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Project Manager to develop and maintain the construction program.
- Coordinate and manage trades on site to achieve quality workmanship and timely delivery.
- Ensure all safety standards are met so everyone goes home safely each day.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team.
- Registered Builder (or working towards registration).
- Proven experience supervising luxury home builds.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Client-focused, with a genuine commitment to quality and service.
- Ongoing position with multiple luxury projects in the pipeline.
- Secure workload through 2026.
