We are seeking a Site Supervisor to lead a team of around 10 individuals and oversee the successful completion of intricate projects in the surrounding areas. - Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
- Strong communication and leadership skills to guide and motivate the team
- Familiarity with Bluebeam software for project management
- Previous experience in luxury home construction
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction
- Experience working with subcontractors and suppliers
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision
- Valid driver's license
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3 pm
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
- Certifications in construction management are a plus
