Key Responsibilities
- Oversee subdivision, road, and civil infrastructure projects from commencement through to completion
- Lead site crews and subcontractors across multiple work fronts
- Drive safety, quality, productivity, and programme outcomes
- Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Coordinate daily site operations to achieve project milestones and client expectations
- Proven experience in a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar leadership role
- Strong background delivering subdivision, road, and civil infrastructure projects
- Extensive knowledge of civil construction methodologies and site operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple work fronts simultaneously
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- $150,000 – $165,000 + Super + Vehicle + Additional Benefits
