Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee major defence projects from commencement through to completion
- Lead site crews and subcontractors across multiple work fronts
- Drive safety, quality, productivity, and programme outcomes
- Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Proven experience in a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar leadership role
- Strong background delivering large-scale civil infrastructure projects
- Extensive knowledge of civil construction and infrastructure works
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple work fronts simultaneously
- $145,000 – $155,000 + Super + Vehicle + Excellent Benefits
