This role will see you working on key infrastructure projects, overseeing crews and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate site crews to deliver works on time and to specification
- Monitor progress and resolve on-site issues efficiently
- Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company standards
- Provide hands-on leadership and support to site teams
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation
About You:
- Proven experience as a Foreman in civil construction
- Strong background in Sewer & Water infrastructure projects
- Confident leader with strong communication skills
- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental requirements
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
