This project comprises ground plus two levels and will suit a Site Manager who enjoys running well-planned, medium-scale residential developments while working with a collaborative and supportive project team.
The Opportunity
You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to an exceptional standard of quality.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the construction programme from site establishment through to practical completion.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers and trades.
- Maintain project quality, safety and environmental compliance.
- Monitor programme and proactively manage site productivity.
- Work closely with the Project Manager, consultants and client representatives.
- Drive a positive site culture focused on teamwork, quality and delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering apartment or multi-residential developments.
- Experience managing projects valued around $5M-$15M.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, finishes and defect management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A proactive, organised approach with a strong focus on safety, quality and programme.
- Deliver a quality $7M boutique apartment project in Melbourne's Inner West.
