We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a highly regarded national commercial builder delivering a diverse range of projects across Metro Perth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Site Manager who enjoys being hands-on, leading from the front and working with quality subcontractors to deliver projects to a high standard.
The OpportunityYou could be working on a $5M office fit-out one day and a $50M full-scale tower refurbishment the next. The variety of projects will keep things interesting, while the company's strong project delivery structure means you will have the support, systems and resources you need to succeed on site.
Your role will include:
- Taking ownership of site operations from commencement through to completion
- Coordinating and managing subcontractors and trades
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
- Managing day-to-day site activities and construction sequencing
- Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients
- Leading your site team and keeping the project moving
- National commercial builder with an excellent reputation
- Projects ranging from $5M to $50M
- Strong pipeline of work across Perth
- Predominantly fit-out and refurbishment projects
