We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in hospitality construction to join a well-established and highly regarded commercial builder.

The Role
As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of hospitality projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the construction site
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, trades and site personnel
- Manage project programs, sequencing and site logistics
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget and to specification
- Maintain a strong focus on WHS, quality and compliance
- Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, clients and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve site issues
- Conduct site meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Ensure a high standard of workmanship throughout the project
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven Site Management experience within hospitality construction
- Experience delivering hospitality, restaurant, hotel, bar or similar projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and site processes
- Excellent subcontractor and stakeholder management skills
- Strong understanding of OH&S and quality requirements
- Ability to manage programs and work effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
- Relevant construction qualifications are highly regarded
