You'll take the lead on apartment projects valued between $30M and $50M across Melbourne's inner north-east, delivering high-quality developments from site establishment through to completion.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful delivery of a major apartment project, ensuring programme, quality and safety targets are achieved.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing all day-to-day site operations
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
- Driving programme to ensure project milestones are achieved
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality control
- Managing site safety and OH&S compliance
- Conducting subcontractor meetings and toolbox talks
- Working closely with the Project Manager to monitor progress and resolve site issues
- Overseeing defect management through to project completion
To be successful, you'll ideally have:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering apartment or multi-residential projects
- Experience on projects valued $20M+, ideally up to $50M
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent understanding of construction sequencing and QA processes
- Sound knowledge of Australian building regulations and OH&S requirements
- Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders
