We're seeking an experienced Site Manager for a minimum 6-week contract to oversee a fast-paced gym refurbishment project based in Port Kennedy.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established commercial builder delivering a high-profile refurbishment, with the potential for further contract opportunities.
The Role
- Manage day-to-day site operations
- Coordinate subcontractors and trades
- Ensure the project is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and WHS compliance
- Liaise with the Project Manager and client throughout the project
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial refurbishment or fit-out projects
- Strong understanding of construction programming and site coordination
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- White Card and relevant site qualifications
- Available to start immediately or at short notice
- Minimum 6-week contract
- Immediate start
- Port Kennedy location
