Working with an established Tier 3 commercial builder known for delivering quality projects across Victoria, you'll take ownership of the site from commencement through to handover, supported by an experienced project delivery team. The business has successfully delivered projects across the commercial, community, education, health and residential sectors, with a strong pipeline of work secured.
The Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the construction site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site construction activities from start to completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
- Drive project programme and ensure milestones are achieved.
- Maintain the highest standards of OH&S and quality assurance.
- Conduct site meetings and liaise closely with the Project Manager and consultants.
- Proactively manage site issues while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
To be successful, you'll have:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering apartment or multi-residential projects of a similar value.
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and finishes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to drive programme and quality outcomes.
- A solid understanding of Australian building standards and site safety requirements.
