The RoleReporting to the Project Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day site operations from commencement through to completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
- Drive programme outcomes and maintain construction schedules.
- Ensure all works are completed in accordance with OH&S and quality requirements.
- Conduct site meetings and liaise with consultants, clients and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve on-site issues.
- Maintain strong site documentation and reporting.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial retail projects.
- Experience on projects valued at $20M+ will be highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of retail construction, staged works and live environments.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
