An award-winning commercial builder with a strong reputation across Western Australia is looking to appoint a Site Manager, however we are also open to speaking with experienced Leading Hands, Foremen, Supervisors, and Senior Site Managers who are looking to take the next step in their career.
With a strong pipeline of work secured, you will have the opportunity to deliver a range of commercial and government projects valued between $5M and $20M, including:
- Social Housing
- Schools and Education Facilities
- Aged Care Developments
- Hospital and Healthcare Projects
- Other Government Infrastructure Works
What we're looking for:
- Commercial construction experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage subcontractors and site programmes
- Commitment to safety, quality, and project delivery
- Trade or construction-related qualifications advantageous
