We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established commercial builder on a 3-month contract delivering a fast-paced retail refurbishment project in Morley.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager who thrives in a live, high-pressure environment and can confidently drive programmes while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
About the Role:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day site operations.
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to keep the project on schedule.
- Ensure all works are completed safely and to a high standard.
- Liaise with the Project Manager, consultants and client.
- Maintain site documentation and reporting.
- Proven experience delivering retail, refurbishment or commercial projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple trades in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent understanding of WHS requirements.
- Current White Card and relevant site management experience.
- Immediate start.
