The Role You will be responsible for managing the project from start to completion, ensuring the build is delivered safely, on time and to a high standard of workmanship. Working closely with the Director, subcontractors and suppliers, you will play a key role in maintaining quality, programme and client expectations throughout the build.

- Day-to-day management of the construction site
- Coordinating trades, suppliers and subcontractors
- Maintaining site safety and compliance
- Managing programme and ensuring deadlines are met
- Monitoring build quality and attention to detail
- Conducting site meetings and progress updates
- Problem-solving and managing site issues proactively
- Ensuring a professional and well-presented site at all times
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within custom homes or luxury residential projects
- Strong understanding of high-end finishes and detailed construction
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and programmes
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- White Card and relevant construction qualifications
