The Role As Site Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day site operations on a multi-level build
- Coordinating subcontractors and trades
- Driving the construction program and meeting key milestones
- Ensuring strict adherence to OH&S requirements
- Liaising with Project Managers, consultants, and clients
- Managing site documentation and reporting
- Maintaining quality control across all stages of the build
You will have:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects
- Experience delivering childcare, education, or similar builds (highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of multi-level construction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Solid knowledge of OH&S and site compliance
- Ability to drive program and manage multiple trades effectively
